After spending more than 25 years in the Bay Area my wife and I decided to move out of CA and sell our home in Fremont. After interviewing a few agents it became clear to us that Yvette was the best. Long story short, she & her team deserve full 5 stars for everything they did. And if I could, I would give her another star for helping us with our move, which we couldn’t overstate the stress with any major move, let alone out of state. From the moment we talked on the phone to in-person interview, Yvette was quick to respond and being transparent with the whole selling process and cost while other agents didn’t want to share much info until they could come and look at the house. The other factor that we really like about Yvette was that she was extremely polite and friendly. She came across as someone you can relate to and be able to understand what our concerns are and stress about. After learning we were already in the process of packing and ready to move, she quickly offered full services to help us with the move, at no additional charge. We were genuinely touched by her sincerity and kindness to help us relieve our top-of-mind stress. Many clients of Yvette shared how wonderful she is in terms of following up, timely response to texts/emails or phone calls. We experienced all of that and more because we were remote the whole time since we passed the keys to Yvette. She has an amazing team that helped us haul away stuffs in the house we no longer wanted, repaired a few things, touched up and repainted certain areas, deep cleaned, staged and photoshoot, all within 10 days. When she shared the beautifully staged pictures and video of our home, we almost cried because it was so remarkably done and reminded us of all our sweet memories at this place that we left behind. Yvette was also great at providing timely updates and managing client expectations. During the selling process, she would provide summary after each open house and share key insights and observations from prospect buyers. She was also very active in engaging us in reviewing the various offers and providing her input when it came to the decision-making process. We were extremely happy, grateful and satisfied with Yvette and her team’s full services. We really enjoyed working with her because not only is she remarkable in the field, but she is also like a close friend. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an agent with selling or buying a home.

Yvette Teng in my opinion is the best real estate agent. Before we hired Yvette as our agent, my parent's house was on the market for almost a year. We decided to go with another agent and I'm so glad that I found Yvette in Yelp! During our first meeting, she already provided ideas on what needed to be done in order to sell the house quickly and at a great price. She made a lot of great suggestions but she didn't force us to do anything and left the decisions to us. Within a couple of weeks, she and her contractors fixed and staged the house and it looked great inside and out! After the first open house we received multiple offers! Yvette was simply amazing, she was on top of everything from start to finish keeping us updated with every detail until we closed escrow. All of this in just a month! We found Yvette on Yelp when we were looking around for a buyer's agent. She deserves all 5-star reviews she earned on Yelp and Google. This is our first time buying a home, so we didn't really know what we were doing. Yvette held our hand all the way through from start to finish - look for properties within our budget/criteria, offer her unbiased opinions on those properties, estimate property value, estimate repair costs, connect us to mortgage lenders, connect us to home insurance agents, connect us to many of her contractors, set up appointments for inspections and repairs, and offer other complimentary services. Yvette made our home buying experiences silky smooth even as a first time homebuyer. We could have save 1-2 weeks of time if we worked with her right from the beginning. Yvette is very responsive in all forms of communication - call, text and email. She makes us feel like we were her only clients. Yvette also works very hard, maybe a little too hard. You will see this when you work with her. Yvette also knows many tips and tricks that saved us quite of bit of money. Everyone that she connected us with have been working with her for many years. Definitely a superstar realtor! If we ever planning to sell our home/buy another home in the future, we will definitely ask for her help again. We highly recommend Yvette of Everhome Real Estate. She did a wonderful job in helping us sell our home in Fremont. She is very responsive and kept us informed all the process until it's closed. We love the way how she takes care of things in a timely manner. Yvette and her contractors team, staging team, photography, and cleaning team are all did awesome work with getting the house ready for listing. Her great suggestions and the staging helped our home sold fast at a great price. We got multiple offers only after 1 weekend of open house! By having Yvette as our agent, it is like having a one stop solution that lifted up our worries.

Yvette made the insanely stressful and crazy process for selling a house so smooth and easy. She recently handled the sale of our townhouse in Newark. From start to finish, she handled every detail with total engagement, care, and professional expertise. Just as importantly, she helped us sell our home within the time frame/prices we were looking for.
