This was my first time visiting this smoke shop, and unfortunately it left a bad impression. I picked up an item (Super Hit Intense) that was clearly labeled $1.99 on the shelf. When I went to check out, the cashier rang it up as $3.25. I asked why the price at the register was different from the label, and his response was simply that “that’s what the register rang it up as.” There was no attempt to honor the labeled price or explain the discrepancy in a reasonable way. Because of that, I put the item back and decided not to make a purchase. Honest and transparent pricing is important to me, especially as a first-time customer. Even small situations like this affect trust and whether I choose to return. Hopefully this is something management looks into, because accurate pricing and good customer service go a long way. DON'T CHEAT PEOPLE.

Customer service is good. They also have a private cigar room where customers can browse through many different brands & flavors.

This place is very friendly, the staff are knowledgeable. They really do care about your needs and take good care of their customers. Out of all the smoke shops I have been to, this is one is the best! Great location in Fremont. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer. Thank you Wonderland Smoke Shop!!!

I go buy all of my vape juices and accessories from these guys, but I’ll never go there again. The other day when I walked in the owner greeted me and then I asked to buy a single pod for my vape… I guess he didn’t think the purchase was big enough, so he went on to help another customer. He made me wait for about five minutes and still would not charge me for the vape pod so that I can go because he said he was helping another customer… Clearly, he thought the other customer is going to spend more money so I wasn’t as important. And clearly he judged me based on one small purchase rather than all the purchases that I’ve made there… Stupid business move and a stupid guy and I will never ever buy anything from Wonderland smoke shop again.

Sam is so knowledgeable and a very down to earth person. They have almost everything you can think of!! I'm definitely coming back here. The parking is a little tricky, and they're a little hidden, but well worth the find. Thank you Sam!! 😊
