I came here on a Sunday for my son. The front desk was super friendly and courteous. The nurse taking vital signs kept everything professional and had a great attitude. His doctor was Dr. Ghuman who was so compassionate genuine, knowledgeable, professional and we were greatly thankful for her help and all staff. What an amazing urgent care Washington Fremont Thank You!

One of the best and quickest healthcare experiences for an acute problem. only big advise is make an online appointment. most ppl are complaining about waittime without appointment. Amazing staff and facility is super modern

Do not come here please!! I went on Wednesday to have my daughter checked because she was experiencing an ongoing fever for 6-7 days and cough. They only tested her for Strep throat and it was negative. They did not care to further test her because the “doctor” said she would be better in 3 days with the cough medicine he prescribed. The medicine made her worst. He also checked her lungs and said they were “clear.” How?!? She got pneumonia 3 days later!! Went to the ER, admitted to the childrens hospital now. My poor kid is suffering with pneumonia and I totally blame the lack of care this doctor had for my child and the prescription only made things worst so I stopped after the second time using it. I will never go back here. Please do not go here!! They do not care about you! My kid is only 5 and is suffering thanks to how little care she received here.

Walk into the facility with a nosebleed. There is 1 person in the lobby. Front desk tells me i cant be seen because i didnt make an appointment and they do not take walk ins...WHAT!!?? when literally the outside says walk ins welcome. So she directs me to the ER.
