Today is the fourth day since my 10-year-old poodle had 17 teeth extracted, and I'm happy to say he has already returned to his normal routine—eating, sleeping, and playing as usual. I wanted to share our experience in case it helps other pet owners facing a similar decision. My dog had severe tartar buildup. On the surface, he seemed completely fine, so I struggled with whether to proceed with dental cleaning and extractions because of the risks associated with anesthesia, especially at his age. Dr. Eileen Wong was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in detail. She performed a thorough pre-anesthesia evaluation to make sure my dog was a suitable candidate and helped me understand the long-term health benefits of addressing his dental issues now rather than waiting. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The staff were kind, caring, and professional, and they kept me informed throughout the procedure. Most importantly, my dog recovered much faster than I expected. The pricing was fair, and the quality of care was excellent. I highly recommend Warm Springs Pet Hospital and Dr. Eileen Wong to anyone looking for compassionate and trustworthy veterinary care. Thank you！

Absolutely amazing clinic and affordable!! They give you estimates over the phone and when I barely had any money left I was able to get my dog the help he needs here! While other clinics were charging me 2-3k warm springs was always affordable and amazing I love this place and if my dog ever needs any surgeries etc I am 100% coming here Every-time the vets here are amazing and Dr sun is a amazing doctor and she’s great!! She really listens to your concerns and tries her best for your pets!

Warm Springs Pet Hospital truly exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly professional, super organized, and the entire process was quick and smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and you could tell they genuinely care about the animals they see. They also provided affordable pain medication for my cat, which I really appreciated—especially after dealing with other places who overcharged and underdelivered After surgery, my cat came back home looking calm and comfortable, the area of the neuter was very clean like he barely even had a procedure done. He was a bit nauseous, which is normal, but not stressed at all. Everything was handled with care, and it was such a relief to see him happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Warm Springs Pet Hospital. It was truly a great experience. ❤️🐾

Whether your dog needs orthopedic surgery or routine veterinary care, I highly recommend Warm Springs Pet Hospital. The team is compassionate, communicative, and transparent, and they provided exceptional care during a very stressful time. From start to finish, the entire staff was kind, responsive, and incredibly supportive. The front desk team was always friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Natalie was Everest’s nurse on the day of his surgery and again when we returned, and she was wonderful — kind, empathetic, and very responsive throughout the process. Dr. Chen thoroughly explained Everest’s lab results, discussed areas of concern honestly, and helped me make an informed decision without pressure. Everest was diagnosed with a medial luxating patella and underwent a tibial tuberosity transposition (TTT) with groove deepening. The surgery went smoothly, and I felt confident he was in excellent hands. I also really appreciated the cost transparency. All pricing was clearly explained up front, with no surprises, which made everything much less stressful. Everest is recovering well, and I was especially grateful for the detailed, printed after-care instructions they provided. Having clear guidance to take home made me feel prepared and supported during his recovery. Knowing how genuinely cared for he was — and how supported I felt as his owner — means more to me than I can put into words. I’m so grateful to this team and wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with his care again.

It took me some time to write this review because I needed time to heal after the passing of my dog, Woody. He had bladder cancer, and it was an incredibly emotional and difficult time for both me and my husband. Woody underwent surgery here, and we held on to hope, praying for a miracle. Deep down, we understood the chances were very slim, but we still chose to try. I am writing this review a year later to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Eileen Wang for the compassion and support she showed us during that painful time. She could have remained distant and purely clinical, treating us as just another case, but instead, she chose to be kind, present, and encouraging. She gave us the emotional support we truly needed. Dr. Eileen, thank you. In life, we may not always receive the answers we pray for, but sometimes those answers come in different forms. Having a compassionate doctor during such a difficult moment truly made a difference I also want to thank the entire team at Warm Springs Pet Hospital for the care and dedication you show every day. We truly appreciate the work that you do. We will definitely come back to you for our cats in the future.
