The purpose of my visit to Warm Springs Optometric Group was to do a regular eye check up as well as to monitor other eye related issues. I am happy and comfortable with the expertise of Dr. Payal Bhavishi and the assisting staff. Dr. Payal is a patient listener open to discuss eye related issues and to answer all related questions. She cares and is particular about keeping record of baseline data about eye test results and eye related issues for reference and follows it all through.

I had a wonderful experience at this optometric office. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Every time they make check-in process smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciated how helpful and patient they were in answering all of my questions. The office is clean, organized, and comfortable, which made the entire visit even more pleasant. The team works together seamlessly and clearly cares about providing excellent patient care. Great experience overall. The eye exam was thorough, and the process of selecting and customizing my glasses was handled with real care. A special thanks to Pankit for being incredibly patient and detail-oriented. He worked back and forth with me to make sure the lenses were perfectly suited to my exact needs, without ever rushing the process. Highly recommend if you’re looking for precise, personalized care.

Dr. Susan Perroni has been my optometrist for several decades. Even though I moved, I still drive an hour to see her, because your vision is so important and I trust her implicitly. Not only are her exams, extremely thorough, but she takes the time to answer all your questions in a manner that makes you feel completely heard. I recently had something show up that made me nervous and I knew immediately to go see her and either quiet my fears or tell me what we needed to do to resolve the problem. They have an impressive selection of frames, they are more on the pricey side. However, you can always take your prescription elsewhere if you need less expensive frames.
