Very disappointed with my experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Fremont. To be fair, the doctor who did my eye exam was very good. The exam itself went smoothly, and I had no issues with that part of the visit. The problem was with the front desk and Vision Center service, especially with the manager, Angelica. My bad experience actually started before I even went in. When I called to ask about the appointment and contact lens pricing, she was very rude on the phone, sounded irritated, and seemed like she just wanted to end the call as quickly as possible without letting me ask my questions properly. I was also never sent any appointment confirmation email. Even after that, I still decided to keep my appointment. Today, after the exam, I went to the Vision Center to ask about buying contacts and to better understand my insurance coverage and pricing. Unfortunately, I had to deal with Angelica again, and it was the same experience all over again. She was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. I was trying to understand basic things like how much the contacts would cost, what my insurance would cover, how many lenses come in a box, and how long the supply would last. Instead of sitting down and helping me clearly, she kept walking around, talking on the phone, and giving short answers without properly explaining anything. I felt like she just wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. When I finally said I was unhappy with the service, she simply said that was fine and that I could leave. That response alone showed how little she cared about customer service. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. The doctor was good, but the front-end service was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this Vision Center if you expect respectful and helpful service.

I love getting my glasses here, Ms Angeluca explained all different lenses materials to me. i love the nikon lenses. great customer service, feel like im always special.

I recently went to get a new pair of glasses and one of my friends recommended me to go here because of good pricing and customer service. The manager Angelica was the one who was helping me and she made the experience so pleasant as she was so kind and helpful. She explained everything to me in a through way and I got to order my glasses with ease.

I always have a great experience at this location & the employees are extremely helpful & polite. Angelica is outstanding! She always does her best to handle the department with care & concern. I actually drive out of my way to shop at this vision center, because of the employees & their continuous ways in helping their customers.

Angelica, is the one who helped me order my pair of prescription safety glasses. She looked up all my info on vsp to tell me about what my benefits cover. She has a lot patients, because it took me ahwile to decide which frames and colored transitions I wanted. She was very welcoming and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be going back next time I need regular glasses.
