I had a wonderful stress-free experience working with Anna on the phone and in the store to get lenses put into my new glasses! She was so kind, attentive, communicative, and thorough. I also spoke briefly with Amanda who was superb as well. Having the ability to contact the office via text or phone is a huge time saver. I really appreciated being able to call and have a kind person pick up the phone instead of having to deal with a cold convoluted automated system. All of that, and the turnaround time is extremely speedy! I dropped my frames off yesterday afternoon and they will be ready this evening! Superb customer service and a quick turnaround time make for a magnificent combination. A true gem. Highly highly recommend View Optical for all your eyewear needs!

I have been wearing glasses and contacts for over 25 years, and my recent visit to View Optical Eyeglasses Store was, hands down, the best experience I’ve had to date. From the start, booking an appointment was immediate and hassle-free. They were ready to take me in on same day, and the check-in and payment processes were completely seamless thanks to their amazing staff. The pricing is also incredibly competitive! The doctor is truly best-in-class—kind, thorough, and incredibly detail-oriented. I never once felt rushed. They took the time to listen to all the little nuances of what I was looking for in my contacts and provided more than enough samples so I could try different varieties. The follow-up to finalize my prescription was just as smooth as the rest of the visit. I absolutely love the end-to-end experience here. I’m never going anywhere else—this is it!

Wow and just wow!! Seriously this is the best place to get your glasses! Their frames are lightweight and the lens the best literally! I've been looking for a good eyeglasses store and finally found it! Also, the staff is really great! Big shoutout to Amanda for the smooth process!

Service was really good, explained all of mine options and was able to get my new lens in the same day. Dr. Zhou was very thorough in my exam and gave the perfect prescription that I needed. Good job 👍

Fantastic customer service. I have a high prescription n needed glasses urgently. I called many places but none offered fast turnaround for high prescription. They said they can do it, so I chose frames at 10.30 am. The store closes at 7.30 pm. They worked until 9 pm to deliver my glasses same day. One day turn around! Both Ana and Amanda were superb.
