The knowledge and care I received from PAMF Urgent Care was exceptional. I went in with severe pain in my hip that ran all the way down to my ankle. I could not walk or put any weight on my leg. The doctor who saw me was both caring and perceptive. She quickly recognized that this was likely not hip pain, but nerve pain originating from my back. For years I had experienced minor hip pain that had been attributed to arthritis or bursitis, so the idea that the issue could be coming from my spine was new to me. She immediately ordered X-rays and an MRI, which were completed the same day. The results showed lower lumbar stenosis. She was absolutely right about the source of the pain. She also arranged a referral to a PAMF surgeon right away, allowing me to see a specialist without having to go through the usual delays and red tape. After five years of discomfort, it is a huge relief to finally understand the real cause and move toward proper treatment. Thank you to PAMF Urgent Care for your attentiveness, quick diagnosis, and excellent care.

Oct 2025, still outstanding medial diagnostics!!! Great staff and Doctors. Halloween decorations were awesome!!! (I asked and was told I could video tape as long as people were not recorded.) June 2025 Was seen very quickly. Less than a hour from entering the facility to leaving. Excellent doctor quickly diagnosed me and discussed solutions. I picked one and I was off to do my daily chores

Efficient service and friendly staff. The facility is modern and clean, and the wait times were very reasonable for an urgent care. Processed my insurance without any issues. Glad I chose this location!" Dr. Qiuying Huang, DO,Leslie Chen DO, and staff at the Radiology/CT Scan were amazing.

I saw Dr. Leslie Chen for an urgent ear issue, and she was fantastic. She stayed calm and professional the whole time, explained exactly what was going on in simple terms, and laid out the potential effects clearly. She walked me through the next steps and all the precautions I needed to take, making me feel totally informed and at ease. Highly recommend her.

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to Sutter Urgent Care Fremont. I did not expect such high quality of medical treatment at an urgent care facility. The two prescriptions accurately remedied my health issues and I saw good results within a day. I am fine after just a few days.
