I’ve been going to here for over a week now and absolutely love it! I'm new to the pilates scene and my strength and fitness level aren't as advanced as some of the others in the class. With that being said, the instructors really help you and guide you no matter how new or advanced you are so I never feel lost or behind. I've had three different instructors so far and all have been amazing from Aysia, to Charmaine, to Kerstin. I love going to the 6am classes , it truly sets the tone for the rest of my day and I leave feeling so motivated and energized! The studio is clean, modern, and has such a positive vibe. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve strength, flexibility, and overall wellness! Plus bonus points for the amazing playlists lol the music is bomb!

I had a great experience at SQULPT Studio Pilates. The studio is clean, modern, and has a really welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive—they give clear guidance and also take the time to correct your form, which makes a big difference. The classes are challenging in the best way. You definitely feel the burn, but it’s still approachable whether you’re newer to Pilates or more experienced. I also appreciate how well-structured the sessions are, with a good balance of strength, control, and flow. Booking is easy, and everything feels well-organized. Overall, it’s a solid spot if you’re looking to build strength, improve posture, and get a great workout. I really enjoyed the class!

This review is for the Fremont location that just opened up about 1 month ago! I first heard about this place opening up a while back and signed up to be notified when they will open bc there’s little to no Pilates studios in the east bay where I live! When they finally opened up, I was so excited to learn that they had founders memberships with incredible monthly offers! I got the 12/month package and couldn’t be more happy so far with the classes I’ve taken. I’ve taken fusion, core, and squlpt so far and I think I like the squlpt the best for my beginner pace. It incorporates a lot of the foundational movements I think I’ve begin to love growing in. I’ve mainly taken classes with Holly and she’s awesome! She’s very knowledgeable, personable and beginner-friendly. She takes the time to demonstrate and adjust me/my reformer when needed. I’m excited to continue to improve overtime!

The studio has a great environment. All of the instructors and staff have great energy. The classes are challenging and instructors offer options to increase difficulty or modifications if you have limitations. There are only 9 spots per class so the instructor is able to give everyone adequate attention on their form.

I enjoyed my first time taking a reformer pilates class here. The instructors were welcoming, fun, and helpful on correcting my form while walking around guiding us. Even the assistant was kind to guide me on how to use the sauna room, which had a dry sauna, lymphatic drainage vibration plate, clean towels, and a comfortable chair to sit down. It was like sitting in a resort spa. Expect to be waitlisted everyday since this location have nine reformers and one sauna room. Luckily, I was able to get in one class the night before the reservation. Guarantee to get burned and toned if you take it every week consistently. You'll be rewarded with a cool eucalyptus towel after each session, which smells good. Overall, the whole studio was clean, aesthetic, and organized like a resort spa. Even the single restroom looks beautiful. I recommend arriving at least five minutes before the session starts because the door will be locked for privacy.
