If I could give them 100 stars I would! We needed a 12' long banner at the last minute because our previous one was lost. Silicon Valley Graphics and specifically LoAnn were absolutely amazing! Over one year ago, Usman helped me with my storefront signage and window decals. The business signage has been outdoor and turned on 24/7 for the past year and it still looks great! In addition to the great quality, the price was competitive. I actually inquired with many other signage companies and let me tell you, Silicon Valley Graphics was the most attentive, communicative and helpful. Really glad to have worked with Usman who is genuinely a great human being. I cannot say enough great things about this print shop! Usman went above and beyond for us during my sister’s wedding. Not only did he give us an amazing price, but he was also able to accommodate a same day print request just two days before the wedding. A true lifesaver! The finished product was professional, high quality, and exactly what we envisioned. On top of that, Usman was so kind, patient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
