We attended a private event at Royal Palace Fremont Hall. We booked for 60 people, at $60 per person. While the venue was nice, the catering was a major disappointment. The food portions were extremely small, and after 30 people ate, it was already gone. When we asked for more, the staff were rude and unprofessional. We also paid in full upfront, and I strongly recommend others not to do that. Pay 50% before the party and 50% after the service. I wouldn’t recommend this venue for events.

We hosted our daughter's 21st birthday in Dec'25. We had given some ideas about backdrop and decoration, within our low budget and wasn't sure how its gonna turn out. Same with the food, with some special requests(deviation from original menu). Juan and his team promised that they will be taking good care of all the requests. We were pleasantly surprised with the amazingly occasion perfect decor. Food was great and service was amazing. The entire celebration felt royal. We left with lots of beautiful memories and joy. I would definitely recommend this venue.

This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. They dont respond, open the venue for tour after confirming appointment. Or open the venue on your event day! Juan and Iman are both very Rude and unprofessional people. They will gladly give you the no and then never pick-up the call even after confirming appointments, events and taking your money full payment upfront. Please save your money from these scammers and so unprofessional people and get to someone else. Any place is better than this and these so called mangers. I will give zero starts if possible. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WORST!!!

Dear Juan. I cannot thank you enough for helping my wife to put a nice setup for my 70th birthday surprise party. You were very flexible in attending to her specific needs. The hall looked great. The service was amazing. The facility, the staff and you personally definitely deserve a 7 star rating.

Where is the 0 star button? I help host a lot of events and was looking to try a new venue for my sister’s wedding. My initial call was taken by a very rude girl. She was talking to someone else during my call and was only half listening in. Finally after my second call, she or someone else asked us to come in person to discuss in person. With my busy schedule, it was hard but I found some time to make it work. On the day of our tour, no one was there. No one responded to my call. No one responded to my email. We didn’t receive a response for many hours and they were extremely rude on the phone as if it was my fault for their delay. I have really high clientele and if Royal was this late, I can only imagine how late they would make my event. There are many other better options to host your event 😊
