No AC and people are getting cooked in this summer heat. Also, don’t fall for the misleading “Black Card” marketing if your goal is to use gyms at multiple locations this location only allows 10 visits per month, and after that it’s $5 per visit. If you’re planning a new gym membership, consider 24 Hour Fitness just 1.5 miles away. No hidden restrictions on gym usage.

I enjoy coming to this gym but I really think the back extension machine should be upgraded. It feels outdated compared to the rest of the equipment, and one of the biggest issues is that I can’t properly adjust it to my height. A newer, better-quality back extension machine would make a big difference for members who focus on lower back and glute training. Hoping management considers updating it soon.

I've seen multiple similar comments about this, so I know i'm not the only one. Staff can be really passive aggressive and rude, treat customers like we aren't paying customers. It's not that serious, this is not equinox or something this is literally planet fitness. If you hate your job that much where you talk shit about customers (i've caught them speaking very rudely about members), rude to them for no reason, ignore them, maybe this isnt the right job for you your job is to literally greet people . But they always have this above thou attitude, even passive aggressively time your time there and ask what took you so long, which threw me off. Why does it matter? Also inappropriate for men to be walking into the womens bathroom while we are in the shower, regardless of sexual preferences. Planet fitness' whole thing is "judgement free zone" yet it feels like the complete opposite.

Only can go to a location 10 times in a month if it isnt your home location ? Some would actually pay more especially when. Alot of people work elsewhere kinda weird once u hit 10 visits in the same month they try to make u pay 5 dollars extra for a day pass thats what the heavy set white guy with beard said with a snobby attitude and eye rolling nice location but snobby workers late night I have noticed also one likes to peep in the showeres even with a towel over it overall disgusting attitudes in general amd gotta love the smell of urine in the locker room nasty shower curtains

2 stars. Black Card member here. Booked the massage chair and my guest used it first, a male staff member came in, watched us, and left without saying anything about the rules. On the second session, a female staff member finally told us only members could use it. Fine, my guest got up and I sat down. Then she came back a couple minutes later, said nothing, didn't clean the chair, and left. Felt like we were being monitored instead of served. No problem with the rule. Big problem with selective, silent enforcement. Rules should be communicated clearly the first time, not used as an excuse to hover.
