I've been taking my fur baby to the pet wash stations since he was a pup. Pet food Express has been one of our favorites! The sink is deep enough for your fur baby, the dryer hose is long enough to work around them, and it's very affordable . Sometimes you may have to wait for a station due to being full, but overall this is a nice place to have a spa day for your pup!

10/10 would recommend!!! Got off work late and came in close to closing (ugh yes I was THAT customer lol), but the two staff were so accommodating for my pup Larry and I! Fabian and Sammie were dream team helping me with the wash station and were really patient. Give them a raise!!!! They deserve it—will be coming back to this location thanks to them and the great experience I had!

Most staff members are very friendly and genuine, especially when we need recommendations for cat/dog food to try. I don't return things very often, but if I do, it's very easy, no challenges. We wash our pup here, and it's fairly easy, with good choices of shampoos. A "drive-by" vet comes to this location. While prices can be higher, feel like staff is trained and knowledgeable about pet food quality. While they stopped carrying our original brand, the staff member told me why, and gave a new recommendation!

I always enjoy shopping at Pet Food Express! The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to answer questions and make great recommendations. They carry a really good selection of snacks, toys, and dry food for pets, so it’s easy to find exactly what I need in one stop. One of my favorite features is their pet wash. It’s very well set up—comfortable to use, easy to manage even with a wiggly pet, and priced fairly. The equipment and space make the whole process smooth, and it feels much less stressful than trying to do it at home. Overall, Pet Food Express offers both quality products and services at a decent price, and the staff make every visit pleasant. It’s definitely one of my go-to places for pet care!

Very friendly, very accommodating to my shy little girl. She wasn't super wanting to say hello because petsmart employee startled her by bumping into me, making me drop what I was holding on top of her. No apology or anything. I'm disabled so this was super upsetting to the both of us. The employees here were very slow and patient with her and asked if she had allergies. They then selected a treat she would take and gave her a few. They then asked if I needed assistance out because they saw my cane. Such a nice experiance compared to the one I had at petsmart only 10 min earlier. You can see the relief on her face in the pictures having a good experience here. She almost fell asleep sitting up. Thanks you!
