I remodelled my bathroom with Personal Builders and we also expanded the bathroom into the home, including a new shower. Since it was a structural project, I was nervous going in ,but their system and process made everything feel organized and manageable.During construction, Dan and the team were on top of everything. Communication was on a daily basis, I got updates, and every question I had was answered quickly, which I really appreciated. And it gave me a lot of confidence in them and peace of mind for myself. The people working was professional, and the project moved forward pretty smoothly. Even when we had a little challenge with a broken tile their designer act quickly and talked to the show room to provide new once, so we don’t have any delays. For planning, Dan shared a few design options and clear pricing for each one, so we were able to choose a layout we loved while staying within budget. Dan was doing the design himself which had additional boost as far as price and advises he put us in a “construction menu “ wich helped us getting very smart and knowledgeable decisions. Now that the project is complete, I can officially share with the world what I’ve been telling my wife through the duration: “pinch me, I must be dreaming!” We hired Personal Builders to do a room addition and ADU. When we first reached out, all we had were ideas. This was more than enough for them as they have their own architects and engineers. They took our ideas, fleshed them out and then priced them. During the whole design process we felt heard and appreciated. After quite an impressive design process, they held our hand during permit submission. At the same time, they assigned us a designer who worked dutifully to assure that we purchased all the beautiful finish materials necessary and made sure we got the best deal possible. Construction was smooth and efficient and I was always positively impressed the way the workers treated my home. They were clean and neat and respectful. The little things are all noticeably well done. From the quality of the paint, the tile, the counters and even the floors, we definitely got our money’s worth and then some! Sitting in our gorgeous new space as I write this review, all I can think of is just how grateful I am that I called on Personal Builders. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

I really enjoyed working with Personal Builders. From the very beginning, they were honest and realistic about the process and never overpromised. They delivered everything they said they would and truly stood behind their word. I’m very happy with the final result of my kitchen addition, and the project overall went smoothly. Even when the city raised a setback question, they handled it quickly and professionally. Since I work from home, they were also very considerate about noise and scheduling. The whole experience was stress-free and well managed. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Dan. It was a pleasure dealing with him and did the bathroom addition and master bedroom I enjoy working with him.. Communication was great the crew was very very nice and considerate. I appreciate the most that they left the home clean after every day an overall I enjoyed the entire experience and I definitely would recommend my friend and anybody that want to work with Personal builders .

Amazing remodel experience with Personal Builders. The before and after photos say it all — a complete transformation. The kitchen remodel was done with great attention to detail, high-quality materials, and excellent craftsmanship. The team was professional, clean, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They kept everything on schedule and made sure every detail was finished perfectly.
