Had a quinceañera here and we give the staff and venue a 10/10. Worked with them for over a year and a half, kept adding people and even changed venues from the Mirage to Paradise and it all worked out. Day of event was incredibly smooth, our person decorating, the live Banda we had and some other performers had an easy time coming in and out of there. Our event ran through 1 AM and I loved that they didn’t kick us out and the staff waited to start cleaning until we were leaving. The food was great, although they didn’t really have Mexican food options but we went to several tastings and day off everyone loved the food. Had plenty of bartenders and security for the event. Staff did great at checking in with us and answered the many questions I had through the planning portion. Worth every penny and would host here again.

This review is long over due. We can't thank Paradise Ballroom enough for such a memorable 18th Birthday Debut for our daughter. A special appreciation and thank you to Heleyna for the AMAZING service. She was so patient and answered my million and one questions. I highly recommend you host your event here.

This place is absolutely gorgeous went here for my friends wedding Tamara and Lashan Smith and this place is huge inside she had the whole wedding ceromony there and reception the food was delicious their service was superb open bar area was very cool to hangout and socialize i reccommend this place for pretty much all events. They get a 5 star in my book.

As a wedding planner, I have had the pleasure of working at many venues, but my experience at Paradise Ballrooms was truly exceptional! From the very beginning, their office staff was not only quick to respond but also incredibly helpful and patient. Their flexibility and accommodating nature made my client feel at ease, and we both agreed it was the perfect fit for her big day. Throughout the planning process, the venue management team, Heleyna & Harpreet, went above and beyond with their recommendations and support. It was evident that they genuinely care about their clients! In the days leading up to the wedding, they graciously allowed my décor team and me early access to get a head start on setup, which was a game changer. On the wedding day, I was blown away by the professionalism and efficiency of their staff. Both venue coordinators were present and actively helping navigate last-minute changes and unexpected curveballs, which was an absolute delight. The catering, provided by Raja Sweets & Cuisine, was nothing short of life-changing! They kept food replenished seamlessly, ensuring guests were always satisfied. It's a relief to work with a venue that has such a reliable in-house catering team. Their bartending services were also top-notch—since the venue is BYO, they provide credible bartenders who were both sweet and professional, expertly managing the crowd and knowing when to slow things down when guests got a little too enthusiastic. Speaking of safety, the venue’s security team handled a few intoxicated guests swiftly and discreetly, keeping the environment safe without disrupting the celebration. As a planner, I truly appreciate venues that prioritize security without making it feel intrusive. I also had the chance to briefly meet the owner, and it was clear how passionate and professional he is about his venue. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, clean, and well-managed venue with outstanding service, do not hesitate to book here! It’s truly a fantastic place to celebrate your special day.
