I was impressed by this cute little Farmer's Market that I've never been to. The variety and quality of each stall was impressive! Although the area is small, there was a lot of variety! I saw stands with fungis, Vietnamese coffees, vibrant rainbow flower bouquets (really fresh, so impressive!), a beautiful orchid stand, hot tamales, fresh pastas, fresh pastries, and a Family-owned tea stand. It was honestly hard not to want to purchase a little bit of everything! Everything was truly the freshest of the freshest and made for a nice weekend. It was really lovely! The Farmer's Market was great for kids because it actually wasn't too crowded. Next to the Farmer's Market, there are also grassy areas with trains and benches; it may not sound like much but it was enough to occupy our kids for almost 2 hours while we had Mom Time to chat. Oh, it's also walking distance to Devout Coffee! Fremont Niles is really "up and coming", and is becoming a nice town!

Fresh fruit and vegetables. Nice band playing. We tried the mushroom jerky from one of the stall. The jerky has smooth texture, very flavorful, and not salty. The Niles Depot Museum open free admission. Good day to spend Saturday morning.

A nice small farmers market in a the Niles area of Fremont. The offering were limited but nice. The district of Niles was a nice with the market as a highlight. It was nice to see the old old railroad locomotive operating in the background and the older vehicles on display. Parking in the area might be limited on the weekends.

Perfect little farmers market! One of everything, lots of variety! Hot prepare food if you want breakfast or lunch, fresh veggies, meat and fresh fish to make your own culinary creations at home! Starter Bakery from Berkeley, California is the reason I drive 40 minutes from the south end of San Jose for this Farmer's Market. Their stand is at the entrance on the North end of the farmers market and their line starts before 9:00 a.m. when they open. They seem to bring plenty of baked goods so don't be distressed. If the line is long, there will be plenty when your turn comes. There are other things that sell out within the first 15 minutes the market is open because they are so popular. Among those are the crab and shrimp ravioli from the Pasta Rey stand. You can order that ahead and they will set some aside for you in the stock that they bring. Check my uploaded photos for their business card if you want to order ahead. If you must have the shrimp & crab ravioli, this would be a good idea. I also love the variety of fresh fish available at the Mission Fish stand. Some of those varieties sell out fast as well. Rock cod is one of my favorites and it was sold out at by 9:30 this morning. Got some Halibut and true cod instead. There are a couple of stands that sell fresh strawberries. My family's favorite is the one that's closest to the south end of the market. They offer whole strawberries for you to taste and their strawberries are the sweetest I've ever had. No sugar required and I'm pretty picky when it comes to strawberries. No green shoulders on these berries! The Frenchy Gourmet sells kefir in all kinds of flavors! They have a deal if you buy three, my favorites are sour cherry, key lemon lime and pineapple. Thick and creamy but whipped so it's light and fluffy at the same time. This is the best yogurt you will ever eat. Pacheco Family Ranch is selling some Achadinha Cheese, a spectacular variety of European table cheese. I got some of the Broncha and the Cowpricious. They also offer fresh cheese curds in various flavors. I got the Lonely Garlic, mild garlic flavor, this one is a keeper. I got some peaches, they have eight different varieties. You can taste before you buy. The plain yellow peaches were huge and juicy! House Kombucha offers fresh kombucha in a bunch of flavors, Ginger Lemongrass was my pick. I also got the 16 oz. fresh squeezed sugar cane juice. This stuff is not as sweet as you might imagine, and had a lot of health benefits. I get mine and keep it well iced in an insulated water bottle with lots of ice. It will turn darker as it oxidizes so should be consumed same day. We always end our trip to the farmers market with breakfast from the prepared foods available. Some of our favorites are La More for Chilaquiles, crepes from Crepes Divine. They also sell lemonade, flavored iced tea and kettle corn. Crepes I can recommend are the B.E.C.A. (Bacon, egg, cheese and avocado), and the Baklava Crepe (walnuts, honey, cinnamon and bananas topped with whipped cream). For drinks their pomegranate iced tea was really refreshing, no sweetener required. Other things that I love about this particular farmers market is the fact that you can park right next to it. Located in the parking lot of the historic train station in the Niles district in Fremont, there are three lines of parking lot available behind the actual Market. If that's full, diagonal parking on main Street is available all the way into the afternoon. Downtown Niles maintains an amazing small town atmosphere, plenty of adorable little shops and some really great restaurants like Skillets are within walking distance of the market. This is a great way to start your weekend on a Saturday morning.

One of the best around open every Saturday. A lady there sells homemade honey and it's good for allergies for our area and there's also a guy there that's that sharpens knives and he is super super good. Come visit, you won't regret it. Plenty of parking God Bless
