I was a new customer but never again. I found Michelle through my insurance. Booking an eye exam was easy enough. I get my prescription and order 2 pairs of glasses from eyebuydirect. Both pairs aren't the correct prescription and are both equally bad. So did they mess up both prescriptions or did Michelle give me the wrong one. I figure it's an easy check, she puts glasses into a machine. I send her an email if I can swing by to double check who's at fault. It'll be $75 to check the glasses... If she determines she's at fault then of course it's free. She says because insurance... So now I have a useless prescription because I can't tell if she gave me the wrong one or if the glasses company sent the wrong one twice. This person doesn't care about you. They don't do quality work. And they will upcharge you to check their work and refund you if they messed up. Don't use this service, save yourself time and a headache.

We are long time customers with Dr. Mo. she’s so professional and nice. We whole family love her and her assistant named Jade. Best services and experience! We highly recommend!!!

I really like Michelle Mo. She's super friendly, educational, caring, and patient. Initially I was hesitant in trying a new optometrist but I'm glad I broke out of my shell and went to her. She performed extra exams on me that my last optometrist never did as well as explained a bunch of stuff to me I never knew about. She actually helped me find the right pair of glasses and contact lenses for myself in terms of shape, color and comfort when I asked. She even let me come into her clinic to disturb her several times in a week just to get the right pair of contacts (had to make sure i wouldn't purchase ones that would irritate my eyes). I mainly mention all of this because my last optometrist never really spent that much quality time making sure I was educated or happy with the service or my purchase. All in all, I say try Michelle Mo out because she's super nice, chill and knowledgable. LOVE HER!

I went to Dr. Mo for a few years. If I hadn't moved away, I would still be seeing her. She is an efficient and knowledgeable optometrist. I always felt comfortable asking her questions and appreciated her attention to detail.

I've been coming here for a few years now, there's plenty of great glasses to choose from and friendly staff to help you choose them.
