I had the absolute pleasure of working with Charles. From the moment I walked in, he was kind, attentive, and made me feel like a valued customer. He kept me well-informed throughout the process and gave me the space to make decisions that best fit my needs and budget. I especially appreciated that he did not use any high-pressure or sales tactics. After explaining my situation, I chose an Extra Firm Twin XL Stearns & Foster. While it was at the top of my budget, Charles made me feel confident in my decision and reassured me about exchange options if needed. My husband and I are very happy with the mattress so far and plan to return soon to explore upgrading his side and ultimately getting the Split California King. All in all, thank you to Charles for making this such a positive experience. Purchasing a mattress is a significant investment, and it feels great to be confident in that decision. From the moment we we walked in, we were impressed. Kenny greeted us warmly and instantly we knew we were in good hands. The showroom had a wide variety of options and quality inventory for us to browse and select from. With so many choices, it could be overwhelming but because Kenny was so knowledgeable and patient, we were able to spend the time to try many different options until we found the perfect bed. He asked questions, answered ours and provided great feedback. Kenny was caring and honest and extremely personable and it really made the difference for us. We are so glad we chose Mancini’s and worked with Kenny to find the perfect bed for us. I highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I stopped in Mancinis and we had a great experience. Kenny was courteous, knowledgeable and went out of his way to show us the different frames that have different features with the mattress we liked the most. He was super welcoming an focused on helping us understand each brand and type of mattress rather than aggressive selling. Would highly recommend!

When we walked in, a kind gentleman named Charles greeted us after we had a little space to browse. Charles then ensured that my parents felt seen and heard regarding all their mattress concerns. As someone who has to translate for her parents all the time, it was especially meaningful that Charles attempted to speak to my parents in the little Spanish he knew and got to know them, even if they weren't going to purchase anything. Charles even offered my father a pillow for his sciatica, free of charge, no strings attached. My parents were impressed by his kindness, and that's what convinced them to buy their mattress from him. We would recommend this store and Charles to anyone who would like a nice experience.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and very experienced. Kenny helped guide us through the options and made it easy to find the mattress that was right for us. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to make a decision and purchase our mattress during the same visit. Charles was patient, pleasant and professional and made us so feel so comfortable and appreciated and helped us with the payment option. They have a wide variety of great options at very good prices. Without Kenny’s knowledge and guidance, it would have been much harder for us to decide. I highly recommend the Mancini’s Sleepworld location on Auto Mall.
