I showed up at 5:30 PM on Sunday and waited over 20 minutes at Lowe’s after requesting help from two different employees. I was told the paint associate was on the way, so I stood there waiting, but no one ever showed up. Meanwhile, several employees walked by without offering assistance. Very frustrating customer service experience. I won’t be returning, and it’s a good thing there are alternative options.

This superstore is located in a busy shopping complex, though the foot traffic is surprisingly slow. The quality is still top-notch and it’s a great place for DIY projects.

Great store. Staff is helpful, friendly, and most are pretty knowledgeable. Excellent inventory for DIY and professionals. I love ordering online and then picking it up. Great time saver. Highly recommend this Lowes!

My order was not delivered inspite of choosing same day. I lost $39 for same day delivery and the 9 boxes never arrived so additional loss of the money. I have called atleast 7-8 times to this store since. Each time I get an answer that it will be delivered today. The lady Heather was rude and her tone was very bad on the call. She was behaving like she was doing me a favor instead of being apologetic of this issue. I was told store manager will call back but that never happened. I am exhausted with this one order with Lowe. This impacted my packing by days and loss of atleast $50 in the whole process
