Our family has had a truly positive and reassuring experience with Learn & Play Montessori – Maple campus over the past several years. Both of my daughters have attended this school, and it has been a place where they felt genuinely cared for, supported, and encouraged every single day. My elder daughter spent three wonderful years here before transitioning to public school last summer, and my younger daughter has now been part of the school for the past two years. I would especially like to acknowledge Ms. Radhika, the Director, whose calm and composed nature stands out immediately. She brings a thoughtful, professional approach while also showing genuine warmth toward the children. It’s very comforting to know that the school is guided by someone who truly understands and prioritizes the well-being of every child. A special thank you to my younger daughter’s teachers, Ms. Mandhakini and Ms. Zahra. Their dedication, patience, and consistent effort do not go unnoticed. They create a nurturing and engaging environment every day, and it’s clear how much care they put into supporting each child’s development. The positive impact they’ve had on my daughter is something we deeply appreciate. I would also like to recognize my elder daughter’s teachers—Ms. Ruby, Ms. Ellah and Ms. Ishita —who played an important role during her early years. Their care, guidance, and encouragement helped build a strong foundation for her, and we remain grateful for the positive influence they had on her journey.

We've had a wonderful experience with Learn and Play Montessori - Maple campus. My little one has been going here for over a year now, and as his very first daycare experience, it couldn't have been a better start. His first teachers, Ms. Nasreen and Ms. Palmira, were incredibly warm and loving--they made what could have been a difficult transition feel so smooth and comforting for both of us. As he moved on, Ms. Ellah, Ms. Ishita, and Ms. Yamira have been truly phenomenal. Their use of Montessori methods really shows in the way they teach independence and confidence. I've seen such a big difference in his development--from improving his gross motor skills to learning how to properly hold and use a pencil. This is my second child, and I can confidently say that everything he knows academically so far is thanks to these amazing teachers. A very special mention for Ms. Radhika, the site director--truly a one-woman army and the heart of the campus. She is the whole package: warm, caring, and always present wherever she is needed. She's not just a site director--she's a teacher, an electrician, a plumber, a problem-solver, a child entertainer, and so much more. No matter what the situation is, she steps in with a smile and makes everything work seamlessly. She has been my child's go-to person every single day, and that speaks volumes. I would highly recommend the Maple campus to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching environment. With such dedicated teachers and a leader like Ms. Radhika, you truly feel your child is in the best hands.

We truly could not have asked for a better experience for our daughter than the one she has had at Learn and Play – Maple Campus. After a difficult experience with another school, we were understandably nervous about sending our two-year-old again, but Radhika, the Center Director, made the transition incredibly smooth and reassuring for our entire family. A special thank you to Ms. Nazreen, Ms. Palmira, and Ms. Carmen, who went above and beyond to make our daughter feel safe, loved, and comfortable. Their warmth and dedication have been extraordinary — our daughter even calls one of them “Grandma”! She comes home chirpy, happy, and excited to go back the next day, which gives us immense peace and gratitude as parents. We are profoundly thankful to the entire team for creating such a nurturing and joyful environment.

Maple Campus Learn & Play is exceptionally well-led by Director Radhika Dongra. Her leadership shows in every detail -- the calm, organized daily routine, the positive culture among staff and families. She sets high standards while still keeping the environment joyful, warm, and truly child-centered. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for the kids make this campus stand out in a way that's hard to put into words. My connection to Maple goes back years. My older one attended Maple when Radhika was there, and that experience stayed with me. So when it was time for my younger child, we tried the Centerville campus first -- but the new management's focus on filling classrooms instead of maintaining quality became obvious very quickly. Teachers changed almost daily. One person at drop-off, someone completely different at pick-up, and no one seemed to know what was happening. For weeks, I kept thinking about moving to a smaller, more stable campus like Maple, but I wasn't sure if I was overthinking it. Then, almost like a sign, I randomly bumped into Radhika a few times. Talking to her reminded me of what a well-run, child-first program feels like. That conversation gave me the confidence to give Learn & Play another chance -- and I'm so glad I did. It's been 1.5 years now, and the difference has been night and day. I want to especially thank the teachers who have been such an important part of my child's growth. Room 1: Ms. Palmira, Ms. Nasreen, and Ms. Carmen -- with a special thank you to all of them for their patience, warmth ! Room 4: Ms. Ellah, Ms. Ishita, and Ms. Yaimara -- your support, consistency, and kindness this year. Honestly, if it weren't for Radhika, I wouldn't have tried this again. This review is for her -- for the stability, integrity, and heart she brings to the campus. I truly hope Learn & Play as an organization understands that choosing quantity over quality doesn't work in the long run. Families notice, children feel it, and experiences like mine at Centerville shouldn't be repeated. Maple, under Radhika's leadership, shows exactly what early childhood education should look like. Highly recommended.

We have had a wonderful experience with Learn and Play Montessori (Maple campus), and choosing this daycare for our child has been among the most meaningful and impactful decisions we have made as parents. We have had the opportunity to interact with most of the teachers over time, and every single one of them has been extremely caring, soft, gentle, and patient with the kids — while also being firm and consistent in teaching good habits, manners, structure, and discipline. That balance is incredibly important, and they do it beautifully. Our child started here at just 2 years old and almost instantly formed a strong bond with Miss Nasreen and Miss Yaimara, which made the transition so much easier for us as parents. As our child grew, Miss Ellah and Miss Ishita became the primary teachers in the following year, and our child bonded just as well with them — we could clearly see their warmth, dedication, and positive influence. We are especially grateful to Radhika (Director), along with the wonderful teachers Miss Carmen and Miss Stephanie, who have all contributed meaningfully to our child’s journey. The school does an excellent job of tracking progress and sharing regular feedback — both positive and constructive. Even when kids are being a little mischievous (as all kids do!), the teachers handle it with so much patience, care, and professionalism, always turning it into a learning opportunity rather than a negative experience. Over time, we have seen significant development in our child — socially, emotionally, academically, and in good manners and behavior. The progress from when we first enrolled to where our child is today has been incredibly reassuring and rewarding to witness. They have sufficient parking, and drop-off and pick-up are easy to handle. The entry and exit are well monitored, with a front desk assistant always present and strong CCTV coverage, which gives us great peace of mind around safety. Most importantly, our child is happy, confident, and excited to go to school every day, and comes home with new skills, stories, and a smile. As parents, that sense of trust and comfort is everything. We feel extremely fortunate to be part of this community and are deeply grateful to the entire team for the love, structure, and care they provide. Very highly recommended for any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and growth-focused environment for their child.
