We have been part of Learn and Play Montessori in Fremont since my daughter was two. She is naturally shy, but over the course of five different classes, the teachers have put in incredible effort to build a connection with her. She now feels truly comfortable and confident there. What impresses me most is the breadth of the curriculum. It’s not just about one subject; she has flourished in Science, Practical Life, Reading, and Writing. Their approach to Mathematics is brilliant—she understands the actual concept of quantity rather than just rote memorization. We also love the focus on Cultural Knowledge, as she’s learning about different cultures from around the world. The school uses hands-on practical instead of just books, and the amount she can learn at this 'tiny age' is a testament to the management and the wonderful teaching staff. We are so grateful!

We recently moved from Seattle to Fremont and my kids have always been in a Montessori set up. I did not have a great experience with the previous Montessori school we enrolled our kids after the move. We then choose to make the move to Learn and Play after the initial tour as all my concerns from the previous daycare were addressed here and I was able to see how kids were taken care of and loved for. From the tour until the enrollment process Ms.Tashia, Ms. Ragini and Ms. Raizza have been very communicative and always ready to answer your questions, I love how involved they are with the parents and you will always see one of them in the front desk to support you. It's been a little over one month my kids moved to Learn and Play and they absolutely love it. They come home happy and well taken care of and if there is an incident I immediately get a call to be informed. If I have any questions I can just call the front desk and they are always available. I will definitely be recommending the school to my friends and family! Cannot thank the staff and teachers Ms. Gina, Ms. Julia, Ms.Anita, Ms.Rihanna, Ms. Balwinder enough for taking such good care of my kids and making sure they are learning academically too. Thank you again

My son goes to this preschool with joy every single day. He has never once said he didn’t want to go, which says a lot about how comfortable and happy he feels there. All of the teachers in his current class are incredibly kind and supportive, and he comes home each day having learned something new. I’ve been especially impressed with how well they teach early literacy and STEM concepts. Their approach is much more thorough and engaging than I expected, and I’m truly grateful for the care and quality of education they provide. It has exceeded our expectations, and we appreciate everything they do for our son.

Our child started attending LAMP Irvington right after we moved to the U.S. when he turned three. It was his very first preschool experience, and we were naturally concerned about the language barrier and the big transition. But thanks to the care, attention, and thoughtfulness of the teachers and staff, he adjusted smoothly and now looks forward to going to preschool every morning with a big smile. He has even made a best friend, and it’s been heartwarming to see him learning, playing, and sharing with other children. We truly appreciate how the school understands each child’s unique personality and needs, offering guidance that feels tailored and supportive. The daily feedback we receive during drop-off and pick-up is always gentle, insightful, and reassuring.
