I had a great experience with Kohinoor Jewelers. I purchased two silver rings from them, and the team was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the whole process. On one of the rings, I asked for a custom adjustment. After seeing it, I realized I wasn’t fully satisfied and requested that it be redone. They handled it with complete professionalism, no hesitation, and didn’t charge me anything extra for the additional work. Their customer service is truly exceptional, and every person I interacted with was kind, respectful, and committed to making sure I was happy with the final product. It’s rare to find a jeweler that combines quality craftsmanship with this level of care. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved my experience at Kohinoor Jewelers! The moment I walked in, the aura felt peaceful, calm, and luxurious — but also warm, welcoming, and full of love. It’s truly a family-owned gem. I visited Kohinoor Jewelers hoping to browse their inventory, and I am glad I did. I have been looking for a men’s kada for some time and was really impressed by their selection and ability to customize lots of designs. Since my wrist is on the larger side, I especially appreciated that they took my measurements to ensure a good fit and also suggested an appropriate piece weight so it would look great while staying durable. They called me a few days later well ahead of the estimated completion time, and the customer service throughout was excellent. Pricing was also very fair, especially for 22k or 24k, comparable to slightly above spot once you factor in reasonable manufacturing fees. Overall, Kohinoor is a great family owned local jeweler, and I highly recommend their pieces and quality.

So I bought a pair of gold earrings at Cartier. Spent $3000 on it. Three weeks later, the hoop earrings that I bought, slipped backwards through my piercing in my ear and fell down. Happened a couple more times, at which point I took it back to Cartier for a solution. Either a repair, some sort of fix, exchange, etc. Cartier absolutely refused to do anything about it and didn't even offer any suggestions of what I could do to prevent this. My husband then suggested that we look up a jeweler on our way home and I landed at kohinoor. And even though they knew that I was not there to buy something, the owner helped me out. He gave me a couple of earring backings that I could use. While I was there, I briefly saw another pair of earrings that looked exactly like the Cartier earring at a fraction of the price. Wonderful collection, and even more superior customer service. Next time I need jewelry, I will definitely be coming here and I will also bring my girls for their jewelry! I would highly suggest this store!! FIVE stars!!!
