State Farm has been my insurance since entering into adulthood. As a senior citizen I found my insurance needs have changed. Indira Suresh has been instrumental in evaluating my current needs and helping me to see how to better take care of myself within my means. Now I feel both safe and protected with State Farm. 1) We updated the $1,000 deductible on my home to what I could afford while increasing the value of my home to current rates. Indira inquired about my security system which provided an additional discount. 2) The higher rate for my home increased my CEA Earthquake policy cost. Indira inquired about Earthquake retrofit work and found my Earthquake Brace and Bolt was not included in my CEA policy. This discounted the rate of earthquake protection for the higher value of my home making it more inline with what I can afford. Total Win Win!!! 3) My umbrella policy needed a bit of a lift too! Indira's excellent proactive customer-focused work made a huge difference in my coverage within my means. I'm tremendously grateful for her. You are truly lucky to get Indira to support your needs.

I can’t say enough good things about State Farm, most particularly Indira. I recently received more than a 50% increase in my premiums due to a few incidents, and honestly, I was feeling pretty discouraged and overwhelmed. From the moment I spoke with her, she was patient, kind, and truly listened. Indira took the time to ask thoughtful questions, reviewed my policy carefully, and went above and beyond to look for every possible discount and adjustment available. Because of her effort and attention to detail, she was able to significantly lower my premiums — something I didn’t think was possible going into the call. What stood out most was that she genuinely cared. This wasn’t a rushed or transactional interaction at all. She was proactive, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. It’s rare these days to find someone who is both highly competent and sincerely invested in helping their clients, and Indira is exactly that. I was using a different insurance company, and after being rear ended the service that I got from Allstate was horrible and it wasn’t even my fault! State Farm was highly recommended and I’m so glad that I switched. Kelvin’s Team is excellent. The premium was lower and The service is just so much better. Indira is so knowledgeable and very professional. I always feel comfortable calling and asking questions. I highly recommend switching over to Kelvin Thomas‘s State Farm office!
