Absolutely amazing experience at Kabul Icy Treats Cafe! The ice cream is fresh, delicious, and made with authentic Afghan flavors. I especially loved the Sheeryakh and traditional Afghan desserts. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. The cafe is clean, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere for families and friends. Their fruit juices and bubble tea are also fantastic. If you’re looking for unique handmade ice cream and authentic Afghan treats, this is definitely the place to visit. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back

I visited an Afghan ice cream shop today and tried their Afghan Sheer Yakh — it was absolutely delicious! I ordered a medium size, and honestly, it was quite large for one person, especially since it’s pretty sweet (a bit too sweet for me personally). The place was very clean with a beautiful decoration. They also offer ice cream and “Shor Nakhod,” though I only tried the Sheer Yakh this time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a nice place to visit!

The BEST sheeryakh in the Bay Area!!! Always fresh, creamy, and beautiful presentation, this is true pistachio-creamed goodness ❤️We drive here 40 minutes each way weekly to treat ourselves to sheeryakh and an occasional watani burger or two. The workers are also beyond nice-warm, welcoming and take a lot of pride in their food! Thank you, Mobarez, Kaneshka and Shamin for making our days every time we come here!

I ordered two Afghan burgers from here tonight, and honestly, this was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. I wasn't expecting it to taste exactly like the burgers in Kabul, but I at least expected something edible. The fries were burnt on the outside, raw on the inside, cold, stale, and completely flavorless. They tasted like they had been sitting around for hours... No seasoning, almost no salt, a tasteless sausage patty, and barely any vegetables. There was absolutely no flavor. Even though I was very hungry, I couldn't force myself to eat more than three bites before giving up.To be fair, their Shir Yakh is actually very delicious I’ve tried it before and really liked it. But this review is for the burgers. But please don't order burgers from this place. Consider this a friendly recommendation to save your money.
