The hotel is pretty lackluster overall. It feels like it was built in the 90s and never updated, and that shows in both the design and layout. The room setup is awkward, with odd placement of basic things and no real usable closet. There is also no room safe, which feels like a basic expectation, especially in a tech-focused area. The bathroom has multiple issues including rusty screws on the soap dish, dirty grout in the shower, bubbling paint on the ceiling and corners, and a cramped shower with a strange layout. The bathroom details make it even more confusing. There is a Brother P-Touch label on the mirror telling guests not to pour water on the floor, which feels out of place and unnecessary. The shower head is old, crusted with buildup, and very inefficient. The settings are either “waste water” or mist, neither of which are useful for an actual shower. There is also another sign near the sink warning not to flush gloves and masks, which just adds to the odd and patched-together feel of the place. The main room does not reflect how people travel today. There is not enough functional bedside space for things like phones or medical devices (CPAP), and the outlets are unreliable. Only one of the two worked, which is both inconvenient and a bit concerning. I was glad I brought an extension cord, but that should not be necessary. The location is also a problem. It is very noisy due to constant traffic from cars accelerating onto the nearby highway. The windows are thin and do very little to block the sound, which makes it hard to relax. Even being near a Tesla adds to the mix with the constant drone of diesel guzzling tractor trailers accelerating onto the highway to deliver the evil minion’s vehicles. You still hear engines revving more than expected. The outdoor pool is located in the back near the garbage area, and the smell is hard to ignore. It is not an appealing place to spend time. A couple of final points. The back parking lot is in poor condition and needs to be repaved. The hotel layout is also confusing. There is apparently a restaurant somewhere, but there is no clear indication of it from the lobby. That alone does not inspire much confidence in the food options. Overall, I would not stay here again. I would rather pay a bit more and find a much better hotel if I am in the area.

This hotel is close to the highway, but it was quiet enough. I had no issue with the noise. It's not quite a newly built hotel, so the room design, HVAC system, and some details like mold or fabrics can be a little bit outdated, but I had a decent stay (the room that I got had an HVAC issue, and the staff kindly changed my room to a new one, which had zero issue). I highly value the hotel's efforts to minimize plastic and disposable items at breakfast. I can understand hotels that don't do this due to management/cost aspects, but I believe this kind of effort should be highly appreciated! Overall, it's not a fancy or new hotel but decent enough w/o any issues, so I do recommend.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, and the manager, Brett, was especially accommodating, he went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. I also appreciated the convenient shuttle service, which made getting to nearby places, including the BART station, effortless. The complimentary breakfast was a great touch. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and hospitality.

What a great place to stay. I was in Fremont for an Aviation workshop & stayed here. Small team of great people that run this hotel, and made sure I was taken care of from check in to shuttle rides to checkout. So thankful.

I have stayed at this hotel on about 6 or 7 business trips now. It is probably one of the best I have ever stayed at. The staff are always super friendly, rooms are very clean and comfortable, super quiet area (other than nearby traffic) and the location is great - you can Uber to a huge variety of restaurants for very cheap (Uber Eats has so many options in this area also). My one single gripe is that the rooms do not have a microwave - but there is one available to use in the lobby!
