The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We happened to show up early and luckily they had one of two rooms ready for us. The rooms were spotless and smelled AWESOME. Their breakfast was literally the best we've ever had at a hotel!

Checked in a 3:30pm the front desk staff was very pleasant. The room was clean I only say a little speckles of things on the carpet in the hallway by my room. I booked this room to use the hot tub. I couldn’t get it to turn on, the nice staff assisted me with turning it on. It was particles floating in the hot tub which I cleaned out. The shower was wonderful and the breakfast was good. My only complaint is not being able to use the hot tub the next day. I informed the staff and he didn’t assist me. The staff said to hold the button longer which didn’t work. I reported this issue and the staff never sent help and was not concerned. The only reason why I booked this hotel was to use the hot tub. I was disappointed and the water looked milky and cloudy so maybe I didn’t need to use it the next day anyway.

I had a wonderful stay at this Inn, thanks largely to the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm and proactive, from a seamless check-in to the attentive housekeeping who handled our requests promptly. The front desk always kindly followed up to ensure I had everything I needed. The gym is equipped, and the complimentary breakfast had fresh options to start the day. If you value genuine service this is the place to stay.

Located on Albrae St in Fremont. Very professional front office staff. Room I'm in is nice. Queen bed. Plenty of space. Vending area, laundry, also small area for buying misc. sample size items. Had not stayed here before. Comfortable.

Unacceptable service on Thanksgiving night – forced to unclog my own toilet Staying here for two nights with friends over the Thanksgiving holiday, and tonight has been an absolute low point in all my years of travel. A few hours ago, the toilet in our room suddenly became completely clogged during normal use. I called the front desk and explained the situation. I was told that because it’s Thanksgiving, there is no maintenance or housekeeping staff available at all. After a few minutes, they called back and said they do have a plunger — but I would need to come down to the lobby myself, pick it up, carry it to the 3rd floor, and fix the toilet on my own. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, from budget to luxury, and I have never — not once — been asked to perform basic plumbing as a paying guest. Expecting someone to unclog their own toilet on Thanksgiving night, in a paid hotel room, is beyond unacceptable. This isn’t about how the clog happened; it’s about the most basic level of service and sanitation that any guest should be able to expect. The staff were polite on the phone, but the complete lack of support for such a simple and urgent issue on a major holiday is shocking. We paid full holiday rates expecting a normal hotel experience, not a DIY plumbing session. I very rarely write negative reviews, but future guests deserve to know: if something goes wrong here on Thanksgiving night, you’re on your own — literally.
