We came here for an after work gathering, and everyone had a great time! The last time I visited this restaurant was probably back in 2023, so it was nice be back. We had a reservation and were seated quickly upon arrival. We chose four different broth bases, and all of them were flavorful. We ordered plenty of food along with a few pitchers of beer. They offered a wide selection of meats and hot pot ingredients, so there was something for everyone in our group. We also got to enjoy the face changing mask performance and the noodle dance! Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Haidilao. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The environment was clean, comfortable, and lively, and the staff made us feel very welcome. A special shout-out to Jackson, who took exceptionally good care of our table. He was friendly, patient, and always checked on us without being intrusive. He refilled our soup and drinks promptly and explained everything with a smile. Thanks to Jackson and the whole team, we truly enjoyed our meal. We’ll definitely come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great dining experience at Haidilao! The food was delicious, fresh, and very satisfying. Special thanks to our server Ming — his service was outstanding! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire meal. Truly great food and excellent service. Will definitely come back again!

love this haidilao!! been here two times (once with friends and once with family) and it’s always been a great time! the service is great and the food is so yum too 😋 for soup, my family and i really enjoy the tom yum—it pairs really well with seafood! tomato is pretty good too and goes with beef and veggies. there’s a huge variety of options to order and also so many free snacks around (the mushrooms and cucumbers at the sauce bar are a must, highly recommend bringing a plastic bag to smash the cucumbers in so it can absorb more sauce) when i went the first time, my friends and i ordered the noodle dance and it was a ton of fun! when i recently when with my family there was a beijing opera-esque performance, which was also super cool to watch overall, haidilao is a great experience, can be more expensive than other hot pot places, but the experience is worth it
