Bad service they take forever to help walk-ins. They need to hire more employees. They also have only one employee working doing everything. The owner doesn’t wanna waste money on other employees. . THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.. AND A HALF ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE DOING EVERYTHING. That employee should get a big money raise or higher some more damn employees stop being cheap. That’s how you lose customers and businesses.

I would highly recommend Fremont Vision Optix Optometry. On Wednesday evening at 5:45 pm, my 5th grader was complaining about eye discomfort and sensitivity to light. I was concerned it could be an eye infection since she had recently started wearing contact lenses. Despite it being close to closing time, I called Fremont Vision Optix at 6:10 pm. Even though they closed at 7 pm, the receptionist kindly accommodated us for a last-minute walk-in visit. They clearly explained the reasonable fees upfront. We arrived at 6:41 pm, just 19 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the doctor was incredibly patient. He first asked me about the issue, then directly engaged with my daughter to understand her perspective. This made her feel respected throughout the process. The good news was that it was just some minor corneal scratches from dry eyes, which the doctor assured us would likely heal by the next morning. He provided us with free eye drops to help the healing process and gave detailed guidance on next steps if the symptoms persisted. I left the appointment feeling assured and without any lingering worries. I highly recommend this practice for their responsiveness, professionalism, and excellent patient care, even during the final minutes before closing.

Friendly staff but not very helpful. I called ahead to see if the optometrist could fix my slightly bent frame. Good timing optometrist was coming to the office to see patients. Showed up early and 45 min later ended up leaving. The receptionist never asked or spoke to me unless I initiated the conversation about how much longer it would be and just ignored and/or felt ignored the whole time I was there. I plan on calling back to make an appointment just to fix my bent frame a 5-minute job. Note: This was my 3rd time calling ahead the other two times the optometrist was not in the office. Let's see how I fair this week. I'll post my experience to see if they can improve my less than one-star review. Heres to hoping for a better start rating and comment in the near future.

This optometry is great! The Dr really takes his time explaining things and answering your questions. The girls in the front desk are amazing! Emma and Kelly are friendly and they make sure that every customer has a 10/10 experience! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone getting glasses

this practice is great! the DR is very experienced, knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations. He's been my only optometrist my whole life! Both of my parents also like him very much as they have been coming to his practice since 1998. I like how they send you a card in the mail that reminds you, you are due for your yearly exam, I just got mine today. lastly, the girls in the front are very friendly! Kelli's very helpful as she explains all the paperwork and answers any question you have and Emma is the best at helping you pick out your frames ;) love it here! If you want a Dr that REALLY knows what hes doing, come here!!!
