I recently brought in my bicycle, which hadn’t been used for the past two years, for a brake wire replacement and general reconditioning. The experience was excellent from start to finish. What stood out most was the owner’s deep technical expertise. He quickly assessed the condition of the bike, explained what actually needed attention, and carried out the repairs with precision and care. It’s clear he really understands bicycles inside and out. I also appreciated how prompt and efficient the service was—my bike was ready sooner than expected and now rides smoothly and safely again. Just as important, the owner was genuinely kind and approachable, taking the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed or uninformed. This place is like hidden jewel in Fremont, when you have any issues with your bike, visit this place !!

I walked into this bike shop with a simple issue my front tire wasn’t running smoothly.As someone who isn’t an expert, I asked for help. The owner quickly adjusted something and said it was fixed, no charge, which I appreciated. However, the interaction went downhill from there. When I asked if there might be anything else worth checking, he launched into a condescending lecture about how you should never ask a “handyman” that question because they’ll find 10 things wrong. The tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I came in on a recommendation, expecting a helpful experience, but instead felt talked down to. Even a basic question about a tune-up turned into more lecturing before a clear answer. If you’re a beginner or expect respectful communication, this may not be the place

I would highly recommend this store for bicycle tune up, James as the owner is doing the work, he is very knowledgeable and patiently explain to me what are the improvements can be make, and he did it with high quality, and amazingly he charges with a very reasonable price, I will definitely come back for future maintenance and tune up.
