5 stars! Tried the ramen birria at El Bombero 408 in Fremont and it was sooo flavorful. The mango drinks were super good too. Definitely coming back again!

El Bombero 408 is hands-down one of the best Mexican food trucks around! Their Tijuana-style tacos and mulitas are incredible, packed with flavor and made with high-quality meats like asada, barbacoa, birria, and lengua. Every bite tastes fresh, especially with their delicious guacamole and perfectly balanced salsa. The customer service is just as impressive. Friendly, fast, and always welcoming, the team makes every visit a great experience. If you’re craving authentic, mouthwatering tacos, El Bombero 408 is the spot. Highly recommended! 🌮🔥

Fabulous Food Truck! We LOVE LOVE LOVE the super burritos - chicken is our favorite but the chorizo is great too. SUPER AUTHENTIC & DELICIOUS Mexican food. The service is outstanding. There’s a covered area for outdoor seating and ample parking, but we always take our food home. The portions are large and 1 super burrito lasts 3 meals for us. Great value. Highly recommend! Enjoy!!!

Great experience at this taqueria! The food was delicious and full of flavor. A special shoutout to Gaby for her amazing service. I asked her so many questions, and she answered every single one with patience and a great attitude. She was super kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be back! I do wish they had zero sodas available, but aside from that, everything else was excellent.

I have only been here a couple of times but every single time I’ve gone the food has been tasty and delicious. It’s best to arrive early to have a chance at everything on the menu because they do sell out fast. I love their agua frescas and their chicken burrito
