One of the e-bikes they sold me were defective, tried returning it and blamed it on me instead. Said that i may have hit something while driving it.

I couldn’t ask for a better interaction Tu and his shop helped navigate me to a solid cargo bike for all cross town travels. If you’re in the market for a new e-bike don’t sleep on this shop .

I was so happy to be chosen and receive a voucher for a new e-bike from the California e bike incentive program . Well I was having a hard time with approved retailers for example charging more than voucher allowed , raising prices TODAY I FOUND EBIKES2U Tu the owner was so helpful had a few ebikes set up for me to choose and test drive I am so thankful for this company and Tu the owner and my new e-bike and all the goodies he added Weather you got a voucher or your just thinking about buying e bike I guarantee excelllent select and superb customer service Thank you again Tu my experience was incredible

Unfortunately, I was not able to make the gathering on the appointed date due to the weather which was anticipated for windy rain, also because the transit is a luxury at this time in my early retirement with fixed income I could not afford the bus. They emailed me with a gratuitous and congratulatory message saying that I had been accepted... I can tell you if I had a second chance to be so lucky to receive such a gracious gesture of transit concerns by the state of California...I wouldn't miss the next one ;)
