Good experience with fast one day delivery on my iMac 2015 with hard drive replacement. Easy parking, and effective communication. Would recommend this place for your Apple product needs.

It’s not a good place to bring any electronic devices or anything else, they don’t know anything,it seems that try never works with devices.I brought my apple AirPods to for them to fix it they give it to back damage and not working. It cost 300$ to fix. Not advising here to anyone

This is the most amazing mac repair shop ever. I have had excellent service from DT & T for multiple macBook Pro computers I have taken in for repair. They go above and beyond when doing repairs and offer very high quality service and stand by their work. Highly recommended.

My MacBook Pro (retina display) was badly injured by one of my wonderful children 2 weeks ago. I found your business after researching for hours. Compared to other repair shops, DT&T was charging $350 for my screen replacement, whereas others were close to $500 or more (And Apple topping those prices at $900, which is $300 less than what I bought the MBP for earlier this year). I sent my Macbook out on Monday, it was delivered to DT&T Services early Wednesday afternoon, and today (Friday at 4 pm) I received my beloved Macbook back, in perfect working condition! Thank you DT&T!

I wish I had something good to add to the one review that has been posted to offset it but I don't. I sent my macbook 13" INTEL laptop to an outfit called Galaxy HP and it turns out that DT & T is the repair shop that they use. My computer was having some problems powering on. I had replaced the inverter for some screen backlighting issues on my own. I also trouble shot the logic board on my own and that was not the issue so finally I sent it in for testing through Galaxy HP. The immediate diagnosis was a new screen and a new keyboard to the tune of just under $400.00. When I got my computer back over a month later it was not fixed. It did power on but the screen would never go to the login user screen. I had a window that I had never seen before in all of the years I had been using it. The screen was gray but visible with the gear spinning at the bottom that never would resolve and go to another step to logging in. I sent the thing back under warranty now and was a bit upset because I could tell that no one had check their work upon sending it to me. I had a soft carry case with my password info and my Leopard Boot Disks in the satchel. They later told me that it was the hard drive that was the issue wanting more money (of course). Then through actually being able to contact them directly I found out they had never even tried the work that was done buy logging on because they said they didn't have my password info, which was hot true. Finally after almost 5 months of run around and the worst customer service ever, I got it back and it seemed to be doing well so far although the screen flickers a bit when the resolution is not on the highest backlight but I still have an issue. They did not send me back my soft carry case that contains my boot disks. Now I have to fight with them over that. If at all possible do not use these guys. They don't seem to really care about you as an individual. Bad business practices.
