Highly recommend! They resized my engagement ring, customized the wedding band to match, and were diligent in helping us find a ring my husband loved. Staff are trustworthy, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. So thankful we found them- will be returning for all our future jewelry needs!

Chris' Jewelry is an awesome little shop! I took a ring to get a verbal appraisal, and not only did the attendant look at it and give me a broad overview of my jewelry (based on a cursory inspection with no market research, of course), he also walked me through the decision process for whether I would want to pay for an in-depth appraisal. He took out his magnifier and showed me my gemstone at high magnification. It was above and beyond service from people who truly love and understand jewelry. This is the place to go if you want an honest opinion of how much your jewelry is worth. I will absolutely come back for future repairs, questions, and special order pieces.

You guys are the BEST! Your customer service is nothing less then EXCELLENT, from the second you walk in the door untill the moment you leave! Even if they can't help you, they will tell you who can. They truly pay top dollar and don't try to get over on you like other places do. You get the same quality service regardless of race of what you look like! I highly recommend Chris's Jewelry, you won't be disappointed!

In beautiful downtown Niles in Fremont. Friendly service, I didn't buy anything, but had to get some old gems and stones evaluated verbally. They did that for free and I see that they had a good collection of jewelry and watches. Would highly recommend.
