She listened carefully to my concerns, answered all my questions, and made personalized recommendations that truly fit my needs. Staff was extremely professional, polite and accommodating to our personal needs. My wife is confined to a wheelchair and every adjustment was made to make her comfortable. The Doctor walked us through every step and clearly explained each step and procedure to our complete satisfaction. They a vast selection of eyeware for both adults and children. We have now found a permanent Optometrist in Dr. Mansi Jaitly and her staff for all our family. We are very pleased and highly recommend their services. Thank you

They will gossip about you behind your back. Zero stars. Worst customer service experience ever. I came in to pick up my ready and fully paid-for glasses - all that was left to do was adjust the frames for a comfortable fit. Since they didn’t fit right initially, it took a few tries. I was being perfectly polite and communicating with the technician in English. However, my wife and I were speaking to each other in a different language. The blonde lady with a bob haircut working in the front office immediately to the left of the entrance heard and understood us. Instead of being helpful, she decided to inject her unwanted opinion and started gossiping to the technician right behind my back, calling me a “certain type of customer” just because I wanted my frames to fit comfortably. This type of behavior violates every rule of professional ethics and patient deontology. I sincerely hope this woman is not a doctor or a licensed medical professional working in this establishment. My wife witnessed the whole thing but didn't want to upset me right away. Once we left and she told me, we actually returned to the office to confront this woman about her unprofessional behavior. She apologized on the spot because she knew she got caught red-handed. It’s pathetic that paying customers have to deal with this high-school level gossip at an eye care center. If you visit this place, look out - in our opinion, you might just become their next "certain type of customer" to talk about. Taking my money elsewhere next time.

Fabulous place! Today was the first time appointment with the entire family of four. At the optometry each of us doing our own thing like we were at home. It was an evening appointment around closing time, it was a working day and still we all came out recharged. Everyone at the optometry were friendly and wonderful! Highly recommend this place. You should definitely check it out :)

Highly recommend Capitol Eye Care for families! The online scheduling and advance paperwork made everything so convenient, and the check-in at the front desk was a breeze. Dr. Rardin was thorough and took the time to address all our concerns. She is wonderful, and the whole team made our visit a great experience!
