Rather than simply saying “Bryan was great” (which he absolutely was), I want to share a few specific examples that stood out: • I submitted an inquiry through his website at 5:00 PM right before a holiday. He responded almost immediately to acknowledge my request and asked whether I preferred to talk right away, or after the holiday. We ended up scheduling an in-person meeting during that first call. • Because my home was on the lower end of the Bay Area price range, I was concerned it might not receive the same level of attention. Bryan proved that concern wrong — he provided true white-glove service throughout the entire process. • He came to our first meeting fully prepared with a detailed market analysis and a clear, thoughtful strategy. This included timing, making the home presentable, recommendations on work to do/not do, and pricing. • Bryan handled all staging, photography, and listing arrangements, making the process extremely hands-off and stress-free for me. • I had scheduled a final bulk trash pickup with Waste Management, and they canceled without notifying me. Bryan’s team caught the issue because they had proactively called to confirm the appointment, and they immediately let me know. • During the listing period, his team also helped coordinate a minor issue and offered to arrange services for it to be resolved. • In less than a week, we received a cash offer $30K over asking and a financed offer $55K over asking. • During negotiations, Bryan clearly explained the potential risks and benefits of each action, making sure I fully understood what could go right — and what could go wrong. I really appreciated how seriously he took his responsibility to keep me informed. I highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking to sell their home.

We had a wonderful experience working with Bryan as our realtor to sell our condominium home. We had to leave our home to move out of state, so we left everything in Bryan's hand to take care. Bryan took care of each and every thing personally, starting from inspecting the whole property, up to making it ready for listing. As our listing agent, Bryan did excellent work with strategizing, time to market, marketing and advertising to ensure maximum possible reach to the potential buyers, getting offers, and finally driving the whole process towards the closing. We were looking to buy a house in Bay Area and I must say we had the best buying experience, thanks to Bryan. He is so prompt with his responses, we never had to wait for over 5 mins! We had experiences with other agents too and had spoken to a couple of them - Bryan clearly stood out! He got us a great deal on mortgage through his lender that saved us $400 in monthly payments (this beat our pre-approvals from other lenders!). Bryan and his team, are all razor focused on outcomes and customer service. They also work with a great level of integrity. Never seen folks so committed to work.
