Clean and safe laundromat with excellent customer service. Came here to do laundry as it was close to my gym. No one was present at the time but calling the number connected me to Susan who gave me the rundown on the machines and pay system. They have change machines that can issue change for $1 $5 or $10 bills. They have powdered single use detergent available from a dispenser for $1.25. When I had just about started my dryer run, Susan had arrived and was very pleasant and insightful. She even issued a small refund since her dryers were newer machines and did not need to run as long as I had paid for. I highly recommend this laundromat and the area is safe with a Lucky's and other conveniences right in the same shopping center. I also definitely recommend this place for those who are new to the laundromat system as you are not made to feel stupid or an inconvenience for not knowing your way around. ☆☆☆☆☆

Nice clean laundromat. I met the owner, she was kind and helpful. Read all the instructions, and you will have a trouble free experience. There is a phone number to call if you have any troubles. Chairs in the back to sit on. I’ll be back! HINT: the dryers on the right half at BRAND NEW and will give you the best value for your money!

If customer service is important to you, this laundromat is going to exceed your expectations. Susan was very friendly & welcoming. Obviously a hard worker, she made a point to work with every single customer who came in to make sure their experience was nothing short of exceptional. She even explained why they regularly clean the washing machines at night, (not all places do*), which is very important if you actually want clean clothes. Thank you to both you & your husband, for putting in the work on behalf of your customers.

I have to say I was very hesitant to go to a laundromat. Haven’t had to go to a laundromat and what feels like 1 million years and immediately created me when I came in made me feel extremely comfortable. Her place is clean. The atmosphere is great. She is super helpful. I will definitely be coming back anytime I need laundry services.

I’ve had a great experience with this laundromat’s wash-and-fold service. The clothes always come back clean, fresh, neatly folded, and handled with care.
