I have been taking my dogs here for a long time, but I have never experienced such a rude attitude from them until this past month. I was blamed for paying the wrong amount and apparently paying for a different dog. First of all I was GIVEN the owed amount on a paper directly given by them. I did NOT pick up the wrong paper. Secondly, it is their responsibility to ensure the accuracy of transactions. I am an honest person and I will not withhold payment for a service I have purchased. For the person behind this text message to rudely inform me of no longer being welcomed is unprofessional and discourages future business. I'll have you know I am neither a thief nor a dishonest customer. My dogs have a long history of visits here along with confirmed payments. Maybe take a look at my previous visits here and use your head to form a conclusion that I will indeed get back to you and not withhold a rightful payment to you. Mind you it is the weekend and I unable to immediately return a text message as I have other business to attend. It has only been 1 day since the grooming and they reached out to me late in the evening. The guy who left a voice message was much nicer. Kindly reaching out to resolve the matter, which I will. He should be the manager, if he isn't already, with his professional tone and language. Not this rude person who other customers have encountered. Much respect and thanks to all the another employees there who work hard and don't give a rude attitude. I would have rated this place higher, but such a rude text message doesn't sit well with me after being a long time customer. I will gladly take my business and dogs elsewhere that will treat us with respect. This place isn't the only dog groomer in the Bay Area.

I have been going for many years now, never had there been a big issue until recently. Went for body trim on small dog and they spent over 3 hours to be done. They cut dog’s fur extremely patchy and uneven in many spots. His fur was not tangled or knotted, there was no need to cut more from certain areas. When we arrived to see if they were almost done because we had dropped him off almost 4 hours ago, the lady working was yelling at the dogs “bad dogs” and when she handed me my dog she said “you have a horrible dog”. My dog has never bitten anyone, he has been sensitive but they’ve always been able to work with him. The lady was rude and did not put much attention to any of the dogs.

We love Jackie , she has been sparrow’s groomer and we love her attention to detail, she is very gentle with my puppy since he gets super nervous at the groomer. Looks like he is finally warming up to the idea and we love his cuts !

Definitely not coming back here. They’ve never had an issue with honoring Amazon or Tractor. Now the boss decides “maybe I can honor Amazon” then I carry the bag to the front and he say “nope can’t do lol” sure hope that 10 dollars was worth losing this loyal customer.
