I came to “Bay Jewelers” store because it was the only place where I could get a special ring—something other places couldn't do—but Larion at Bay Jewelers made it happen. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, and the price is fair. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for quality and friendly service. They are also punctual with their scheduling.

Larry and Nobil are unbelievably talented. They have repaired, resized, and created jewelry for me in the past, and their work has always been impeccable. Most recently, they helped design my custom engagement ring and provided thoughtful, expert guidance throughout the entire process. Their taste and design sense are exceptional, and the final ring turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined!Beyond their skill, they are incredibly responsive, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I want to give a big thank you to Larry at Bay Jewelers for his kind and professional help fixing my daughter’s necklace. The necklace is a special one and we were worried it might not be repairable—but Larry handled it with such care and precision. He explained the issue clearly, and had it fixed beautifully and quickly. My daughter was thrilled to have it back in perfect condition! It’s rare to find this level of personal service these days. Do not go here at all. Horrible customer service. They do not know how to even courteously talk to the customer using terms like “we don’t work on shit like that” for an old watch that they probably are too incompetent to repair.
