I absolutely love my experience at Aura Wellness Studio in Fremont. The space itself is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed so you instantly feel calm and welcome the moment you walk in. The aesthetics are modern and uplifting in a way that makes every visit feel like a little treat for yourself. What really sets this place apart is the team. The staff and the owners are super accommodating and flexible. On my first day I forgot my mat and they didn’t hesitate to offer one without any fuss or extra charge, which honestly made me feel so supported right from the start. I can’t say enough good things about the mat Pilates classes. They’re challenging in the best way and really make your body work, focusing on core strength, posture, and mindful movement, everything I was looking for. And if you want variety, there’s absolutely something for that too. I’ve tried the dance classes like Bollywood-inspired movement and Zumba and they’re such a fun way to work out without it feeling like a boring routine. Aura isn’t just a studio, it’s a community. I’ve already connected with other moms there, and that sense of camaraderie really makes classes feel extra motivating and joyful. The location is great too, easy to get to and part of a walkable downtown vibe. Beyond the workouts, they offer wellness experiences like red light therapy, infrared sauna, massage chair and sound meditation to help you decompress and take care of your whole self after movement. It’s rare to find a place that blends movement, recovery, and connection so beautifully in one space. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive, fun, and restorative way to stay healthy. You’ll leave feeling stronger, calmer, and genuinely glad you went.

Very nice, clean, and well maintained facilities. They have weights, yoga mats, and any other equipment needed for the classes. There are many classes for different fitness levels, but even in the more advanced classes, the instructors always provide modifications. I had a lot of questions and the owners were extremely kind and helped me choose which classes would be right for me. It’s also in a great location. There’s shopping, groceries, and places to eat, all in the same complex/surrounding area. Plenty of parking too, which makes getting to class on time a lot easier than other places.

This is a detailed review for Aura Wellness Studio. This is a studio offering multimodal exercise programs and wellness services, located in Downtown Fremont. My reasons for this 5-star review are as follows: 1. Esthetically pleasing studio design - I have never seen any studio with such a great design. The curtains for privacy, the setup for the exercise classes, the wellness lounges, the ample space at the back-of-the-studio radiance lounge with cubbies, water, seating pre & post classes. This studio design makes you feel like you are in a spa! 2. Clean and not crowded - I have gone to many group classes and found that it can get very crowded due to which proper hygiene and cleanliness may not be maintained. At the end of the class, the instructor went around handing everyone a wipe to wipe down the equipment that we used. I really appreciated this effort to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. 3. Multimodal exercise program - the studio offers yoga, Pilates, mediation, cardio exercise programs with additional wellness facilities. So you can get your 150 mins of cardio per week by joining the 60 mins dance and barre classes through the week. You can also get your strength training and flexibility through yoga and Pilates and also mental wellness through the meditation and sound bath and other class offerings. They also offer prenatal/postnatal yoga, infant and mommy, toddler and mommy yoga classes. This is a one-stop studio to get a variety of classes and wellness services. 4. Pricing - this is definitely something that I looked at. The bigger fitness chains may charge less but my experience is that they are always over crowded especially in the evening times. For working professional parents like myself we get limited times of the day to get our workouts and it doesn't help if the gym or group classes are overcrowded. The classes at Aura Wellness Studio are based on booking so they have flow control with limited number of people per class. Next, there are smaller studios with similar pricing but they offer limited variety of workouts such as only Pilates, only strength training without yoga etc. Aura Wellness Studio offers a great variety for the same price. Additionally there are wellness rooms which offer additional amenities. Such wellness services are not offered in most studios or bigger gyms. For the price you are getting a variety of workouts and services and amenities. They also accept HSA/FSA payments. 5. Personable owners and community events- prior to taking my intro class, I literally walked in after a class had ended. I met the owner, Honey, who inspite of being on a call and busy, managed to give me a quick tour of the studio. She encouraged me to take an intro class and decide for myself if I wanted to continue. Honey is also present for the classes and will take the effort to talk to you and know you, I really appreciated it. The community events are a great way to meet people and discover new activities.

I did the infant and me class and the toddler and me class with B with my kiddos. Loved the infant and me class; super relaxing but also quite the workout (which i didnt expect, lol, but it was great). My baby loved it, too, and it was soooo cute seeing all those little babies! Toddler and me was great--you learn beginner yoga poses tailored for kids and with fun music, breathing, etc. We liked it because it reinforced some of the mindfulness we are practicing at home to work through our very big toddler emotions. Very happy to see that they are tailoring yoga classes for young ones nowadays--think it'll be important life skills for them as they grow up in our increasingly tech-driven, always-on world.
