Abdul came to my home with less than 24 hour notice to fix my dryer. He fixed the issue, had honest pricing, and didn't try to upsell me on services. I would definitely recommend him. He also warrants his repairs for 90 days in case there's any issues.

We hired the company to fix the refrigerator cooling problem (refrigerator temperature did not stay cold). Technician Abdul came, and said it was the thermostat issue and replacing thermostat will fix the cooling problem. We paid him almost $300 for the fix. He said he only gave 1 month warranty. I showed him that the industry standard is at least 180 days warranty and told him 1 month warranty is unheard of and unacceptable. He reluctantly increased the warranty to 3 months. Only 3 weeks after the repair, the same cooling problem showed up again, and the fridge won't stay cold. I contacted Abdul. Abdul now said it was the fan problem, and needed to charge more than $200 to replace the fan, and he won't refund the payment we made for his previous failed repair. This technician did not seem to investigate initial cooling issue thoroughly and did not fix the problem in the first appointment. This company is incompetent, unprofessional and has no idea what they are doing. This may be why they only gave 1 month warranty for refrigerator repair. They probably know their repair may not last for more than a month, and do not want to stand behind their work. Avoid this company and this technician to save you time, stress and money.

Abdul was super friendly, responsive and very professional. He promptly provided a preliminary estimate via email and also told me when he could come. He was prompt and courteous, explained the work he was doing, showed me the broken part and even offered tips about how to increase the lifespan of my appliance.
