I had a very disappointing experience with Apex Rentals that caused both inconvenience and unexpected expenses. I was in contact with the host leading up to my reservation, including up to 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. At that point, I was provided with the lockbox code and told to proceed as planned. When I arrived, the vehicle was not there, and the lockbox did not contain any keys. It took about 25 minutes to receive any response, and when I finally did, I was given a phone number that did not respond to calls or texts. I was then told to continue communicating through the app, which I had already been doing. Eventually, I was informed that the vehicle had been stolen, but I was never notified ahead of time. After that, communication stopped entirely. There was no effort to provide a replacement vehicle or assist in resolving the situation. The main issue here is the lack of communication. If I had been notified earlier, I could have made other arrangements and avoided losing over $200. Instead, I was left at the pickup location without a vehicle and without support. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this rental provider and if this is how they scam people with their rentals I can only imagine what they do with selling their cars. These people are scammers. Don’t trust!

FINAL UPDATE: I wanted to add a follow-up to my previous review. After I posted my original update, the dealership continued working with me to make sure everything with my Jeep was fully taken care of. I also want to clarify that the issue I experienced was related to the Jeep 68C recall, not something caused by Apex. Even though it wasn’t their responsibility, the team at Apex stayed involved and helped guide me through the process from start to finish. They really went above and beyond to help me, which I honestly didn’t expect from a used car dealership. They didn’t have to step in the way they did, but they did, and I truly appreciate the effort their team made. I’m now 100% satisfied with the outcome and wanted to make sure I gave them credit for standing behind their customer and following through. It meant a lot that they stayed involved until everything was resolved. I Love my Jeep♥️ PREVIOUS UPDATE: My initial experience was extremely stressful, and I posted my original review while I was in the middle of a very difficult situation. Since then, Apex has reached out to me directly and has been working diligently to help me navigate and resolve the issues I’ve been dealing with. They truly did not have to do this — especially as a used car dealership — but they chose to step in, communicate, and offer support anyway. What has stood out most is the effort, responsiveness, and genuine concern they’ve shown. Many dealerships would have simply distanced themselves at this point, but Apex did the opposite. That says a lot about their integrity and how they treat their customers. While the situation itself has been challenging, I really appreciate how Apex has handled things once they became aware, and I felt it was important to reflect that in my review.

Rented a 2014 Hyundai SUV at this location through Turo. Took over 25 minutes to get access to the lockbox, the brake light was out and didn’t realize the AC was faulty until we got to Las Vegas (hot weather).. When this was reported, the host accused me of making false claims for a “free ride”. Not only will I never do business here again, I also have reported this to Turo’s customer service team. Unprofessional, disorderly and did I say, UNPROFESSIONAL?!

I didn’t end up buying a car, but this dealership was super friendly, low pressure, and not trying to nickel & dime. I ended up buying from fb market and had immediate issues (calculated risk). Highly recommend this place.

Service department was friendly and worked with me to make sure all concerns were addressed on my vehicle. Jimmy and his team were professional and personable. They have skill and experience to get job done right. Root cause of symptoms felt driving were fully addressed and they explained everything clearly. Highly recommended!
