Booked our Christmas travel to India with this Agency, we had issues in India due to my son's health and needed to make changes, I worked with Sangeetha and she really worked hard to get last minute changes, she even gave her WhatsApp contact for easy communication. Highly recommend this Agency for excellent customer service.

I had to fly India for a business meeting, I was searching fares and availability online, most of the flights with one stop were way expensive for business class. While searching on Bing I saw Ambi Travels ad, I called and talked to Sangeetha, she is great, she got me the flights I was looking for and better fare than online. She even gave me local contact in India if any changes I can call her local agent in India. Though I never needed any changes in my return flights so I never contacted local contact, but it was nice to have. I have given her Agency Name to my other colleagues in office

Had a great experience booking my travel with Ambi Travels, right from the beginning Sangeetha was very responsive and provided multiple options for our booking. She was always available over phone and text. I would greatly recommend booking through Ambi travels for your next trip.

We have been buying our India Air tickets from here for last 8-9 years, this time we bought Dubai 3 night package while coming back from India from this agency, I generally don't write reviews but were very impressed with detail planning and service received in Dubai. Thanks for all.

I found Ambi travels via Google and called their number. Spoke to a person named Sangeetha. She gave me her email address and asked to send details which I did immediately. After that I never heard back from Sangeetha. I called her and left a voicemail which also went unanswered. Sent her a follow-up email which also went unanswered. Finally I gave up and used Bay Area Travels and had an excellent experience and my travel was all booked in less than 24 hrs. Worst Customer Satisfaction ever with Ambi travels. I don’t recommend using them to anyone.
