The technician was professional and clearly explained the issue with my AC system. He showed me the dust buildup on the evaporator coil that was causing the odor and performed a thorough cleaning. The problem was resolved and the system is working well again. The service was a bit pricey, but the work was done professionally and I appreciated the clear explanation.

I had an outstanding experience with AIS Heating & Cooling for my HVAC installation. From start to finish, everyone on their team was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering quality work. A special thanks to Genelle at the front desk, who did an excellent job coordinating the scheduling and keeping everything organized. She made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I also want to recognize Art Miner, the initial sales consultant. He patiently walked me through my options, answered all of my questions, and helped me make the right decision. Rather than recommending a more expensive two-zone system, he honestly explained that a single system with dampers would meet my home’s needs. I really appreciated that level of integrity and expertise. The installation team, Gutso and Leon, were fantastic to work with. They arrived on time, completed the main HVAC installation in a single day, and made sure the system was fully operational before leaving. They returned as scheduled to complete the ductwork and were punctual for the follow-up visit as well. The quality of the installation exceeded my expectations. The ductwork was neatly installed and properly sealed, the line sets were installed cleanly and professionally with protective covers, the outdoor condenser was securely braced to the ground, and all electrical wiring was completed neatly and correctly. They thoroughly tested the system, verified everything was working properly, and took the time to explain how to operate and maintain it for the best performance. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values honesty, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. I’m very glad I chose AIS Heating & Cooling for my HVAC project, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional HVAC contractor. AIS came out to my home yesterday to do a maintenance on my A/C. The technician Brenham Purves was incredibly professional to deal with. Brenham was very patient in explaining a couple of potential issues he found with my system and proposed solutions including quotes. However, he did not put any pressure on me to get the fix done immediately. I appreciated the time he took to explain things. He also set up a same day appt with another AIS colleauge to come out and give me a price quote on a system replacement. Overall, great experience with AIS!!

I had an excellent experience with this HVAC maintenance and repair service. The technician Kevin Estigoy was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected and serviced our A/C system, explained everything clearly, and made sure the unit was running efficiently before leaving. What really stood out was the attention to detail and honesty throughout the process. The maintenance was done carefully, and the cooling performance improved noticeably afterward. It’s hard to find someone who is both skilled and trustworthy, but this company truly exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them for HVAC maintenance, A/C repair, and overall heating and cooling services. Great customer service, fair pricing, and quality work.
