We contacted this company to help our 17 year old daughter obtain her driver's license. During our initial conversation, everything was explained to us, and we were told that the fee included both the online driver's education course and the behind the wheel training after she obtained her permit. The only additional cost would be the DMV fees. We paid on a Saturday via Zelle, and the representative provided us with a website to begin the online training. When we attempted to access the site, it would not work. We contacted him immediately, and he initially told us the problem was with our computer and suggested we try using our phone. We did, but the website still did not work. He then told us he would need to check with their IT department and that we would have to wait until Monday. While we were disappointed, we understood that technical issues can happen and agreed to wait. The next day, however, he called us back and completely changed the story. He told us we needed to find another website to complete the online training and pay for it ourselves. We reminded him that we had specifically confirmed that the online training was included in the fee we had already paid. He then claimed it was not included. After we challenged that statement, he suggested that we pay a third party for the training and that he would reimburse us later. At that point, the situation felt very suspicious. In less than 24 hours, the explanation had changed multiple times. First, the online training was included. Then it wasn't. Then we were expected to pay another company and trust that we would be reimbursed later. Because of these inconsistencies, we requested a full refund. He said he would forward our information to the office and that the refund would be processed on Monday. Since we had paid him directly through Zelle over the weekend, we insisted that he return the money immediately. After considerable back and forth, he finally refunded the payment. Based on our experience, I would not trust this company. The information we were given changed several times, and what was promised at the time of payment was not what we were later told. The entire experience felt unprofessional and raised serious concerns about their reliability.

I took a 2 hour driving session with Alex. I went to the free way and took mock driving test. He was very patient and throughly explained all of the mistakes I made and need to improve on. It was a good driving experience.
