Get your DoorDash chargebacks back.
We help your restaurant recover eligible DoorDash charges, so you keep more of the money you've earned.
- Pay $100 to get started.
- Our fee is only 50% of what we recover.
- Your $100 goes toward that fee. If your fee is less than $100, we refund the difference.
Three steps. We do the disputing.
You run the restaurant. We find the charges DoorDash shouldn't have kept and get them back.
- Step 1
Pay $100 and tell us about you
Your restaurant's name and how to reach you. The $100 is credited toward our fee.
- Step 2
Give us access, not your password
Add YupUp as a user on your DoorDash merchant account. We'll send you the steps right after payment.
- Step 3
We recover, you get paid
We dispute eligible charges. Each month you see what DoorDash paid back and what you owe or get refunded.
What happens to your $100?
It counts toward our 50% fee. If we recover less, you get money back. If we recover more, you only pay the difference.
| We recover | Our 50% fee | Your $100 payment |
|---|---|---|
| $0 | $0 | We refund $100 |
| $100 | $50 | We refund $50 |
| $180 | $90 | We refund $10 |
| $200Break-even | $100 | Nothing more to pay |
| $300 | $150 | You pay $50 more |
| $500 | $250 | You pay $150 more |
“Recovered” means money DoorDash has actually paid back to you, not charges that are only disputed.

Questions restaurant owners ask.
Is the $100 an extra charge?
No. It's an advance on our fee. We keep 50% of what we recover, and your $100 counts toward it. If our fee ends up under $100, we refund the difference.
What counts as "recovered"?
Money DoorDash has actually paid back to you. Charges that are only disputed, pending or estimated don't count toward our fee.
Is the $100 charged every month?
No. It's a one-time payment when you start. After that, we settle monthly: you pay 50% of what was recovered, minus anything still left of your $100.
When do I get a refund?
At your first monthly settlement, or after 60 days if we haven't recovered anything.
How do you get into my DoorDash account?
You add YupUp as a user on your DoorDash merchant account. We never ask for your password, and you can remove our access at any time.
How do I pay if you recover more than $200?
We email you a settlement summary first, then charge the difference to the card you paid with.
Is YupUp part of DoorDash?
No. YupUp is an independent service that helps restaurants recover eligible charges from DoorDash.
